Our Knowledge Base is designed to make support faster, smarter, and more efficient for everyone. When users submit a question, our team provides a clear and helpful answer. Each resolved question is then saved and organized based on relevance, making it easy for others to find the same solution without needing to ask again.
This means fewer repeated questions, quicker access to answers, and a continuously growing library of helpful information — all available anytime.

This is how it works
1. Ask a question
A user submits a question through the Knowledge Base or the Report form. Use the search bar below first to see if an answer already exists.
2. Ticket & triage
The question is received and triaged by our support team. If it’s a known issue, we link to an existing article; if it’s new, we create a fresh entry.
3. Provide an answer
Our team writes a clear, solution-focused answer or guide. The reply includes steps, screenshots or links when needed.
4. Save & index
Once resolved, the Q&A is saved in the Knowledge Base and indexed with tags, keywords and relevance ranking so it’s easy to find later.
5. Searchable for everyone
Other users can discover the saved question via the search bar or by browsing categories – reducing duplicate requests and speeding up support.
6. Feedback & improvement
Users can upvote, comment, or mark an article as helpful/not helpful. Feedback is reviewed and articles are updated to stay accurate.
7. Escalation & reporting
If a question requires deeper investigation, it’s escalated to specialists. Use Report an Issue for bugs or urgent problems so we can act quickly.
8. Continuous learning
Our Knowledge Base grows over time: popular answers surface higher in search results, and recurring issues become full troubleshooting guides.
